The situation is constantly changing and due to the increase in COVID-19. During this time, we have increased safety at work to keep customers and all staff members safe.
We are following all recommended practices and guidelines for sanitation, cleaning and precaution following the training we received to continue moving forward.
Is Prime Transport Group still allowed to operate?
Transport and logistics are considered an essential service, we do not know if this can be changed in the future.
We are doing our part to prevent the spread of the virus, so we made some changes to serve everyone safely:
Quotations can be completed by video, as we cannot go to the clients' homes.
We are working with the limit of two people, but it does not affect your change.
We ask the staff to keep a friendly distance of 1.5m.
Including regular cleaning of trucks and equipment, the use of hand sanitizer throughout the journey
if you, if you are in isolation, we cannot deliver or collect your household goods. Our priority is to ensure a safe working environment for you and our team.
We would like to reschedule your move for when you are out of self-isolation, at no additional cost to you.
